The group serves early, mid and executive career professionals that self-identify as women of color, desire self-improvement and want to serve their community. We value authenticity, intention and integrity and provide psychologically safe spaces to share our lived experience, be witnessed without judgement and learn from others.

Purpose
We exist to make professional strategies, wisdom teachings and self-care practices accessible for women of color, at all levels of their career. We generously share expert knowledge that we learned the hard way, so that future generations can go twice as far in half the time!
